Previous work as an assistant teacher and examiner of anatomy at the university level, has given her extensive knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal anatomy, which provides her with a clinical edge in her assessment and treatment of patients.
Alongside Osteopathy, Sarahjane has completed numerous dry needling courses and is very proficient in this particular treatment style which she finds immensely effective in helping release tight muscles and trigger points. Sarahjane enjoys using the Mulligan Technique for the spine, upper and lower body to help reduce pain, relieve joint stiffness and improve range of motion and function.
